Although it hasn't garnered much attention, the Mahindra XUV400 EV is currently offering a substantial cash discount of Rs 3.5 lakh.
Mahindra New EV Launch: Mahindra E-Verito is the electric version of the Verito sedan. The Mahindra E-Verito is based on the Renault Logan that was later taken over by the Mahindra and renamed the Verito sedan for the Indian market. Mahindra E-Verito is known for its supreme ride quality, spacious cabin space, & practical interiors. The Mahindra E-Verito is currently supplied to the commercial fleet operators which are working for the betterment of the green mobility in the nation. Mahindra E-Verito is equipped with a bigger electric battery and motor combination that provides the E-Verito longer driving range. Mahindra is working on the development of new EVs for expanding its lineup of EV portfolios. Currently, the Mahindra XUV400 EV is under development & it is expected to launch in the Indian car market by the first half of 2023.
Safety: The Mahindra E-Verito incorporates several essential safety features to ensure a secure driving experience. The Mahindra E-Verito is the flagship electric sedan from the brand in India. It also happens to be the only electric car from Mahindra. It is based on the ICE-powered Verito sedan which has been discontinued. However, its simple and timeless design is still loved by many customers. The front end of the E-Verito features a small grille with halogen headlights. It is offered in two variants – D2 & D6. The D6 variant also offers front fog lamps. The side profile is also similar to the old Verito. The top-variant of E-Verito gets multi-spoke alloy wheels. Additionally, the rear end features halogen taillights with a big 510 lt of boot space.

The interior of the E-Verito is one of its USPs. Its massive cabin space has been well carved out with fabric upholstery as well as piano black panels. The overall cabin endorses a feel of luxury. As per the official website, the E-Verito can complete up to a maximum driving range of 181 km per charge. This driving range is affected by the driving style & driving conditions. Mahindra also claims that the fleet-only E-Verito can reach a top speed of 80 kmph while the private-selling E-Verito can do up to 86 kmph. The E-Verito can be charged 0-80 percent within 1 h 30 min via the use of a fast charger. However, a normal charger will complete this in an estimated time of 11 h 30 min.

The ride & handling of the E-Verito is one of the best in its segment. The E-Verito comes with an EPS system thus making it easy to drive inside the traffic of the city. Its small turning radius and light steering make up for an easy-to-drive electric sedan. Additionally, the suspension has been tuned perfectly for a plaint highway ride. However, it is on the sharp bumps where one can feel the suspension bouncing around. The monocoque construction of E-Verito also translates into less body roll especially on the curves with passengers & load inside. This makes the E-Verito a comfortable choice among its segment rivals. Out on the highway, the E-Verito performs effortlessly on straight roads with ease of cruising.
