1. Fully Digital Instrument Cluster
Standard Across Variants
The Hyundai Venue comes with a fully digital instrument cluster for those who want a change from the conventional analogs and to experience a more modern feel to their drive. Moreover, you get this right from its base, E variant onwards, which is a big plus for those going for entry-level models.
Competition Check- Mahindra XUV 3XO, Tata Nexon, and Kia Sonet, offer a fully digital instrument cluster but the Maruti Brezza still gets the conventional analog dials for the task.
2. Electric Sunroof
S(O)+ Variant Onwards- Rs.10.00 Lakhs
Another addition to the feature list of the Hyundai Venue is a single-pane electric sunroof which is available from the S(O)+ mid-trim onwards. However, if you want the voice-enabled sunroof, you will have to upgrade to the SX variant or above.
Competition Check- The Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, and the Tata Nexon come with a single-pane sunroof. However, the Mahindra XUV 3XO offers the segment-first Panoramic sunroof. Interstingly, the Tata Nexon is also expected to include this via a mid-cycle update.
3. ADAS
SX(O) Trim Onwards- Rs. 12.44 Lakhs
The Hyundai Venue, staying on level with the evolving trends, offers an ADAS suite of safety tech with features like lane keep assist, lane departure warning, forward collision avoidance assist, forward collision warning, high beam assist, driver attention alert, and much more.
Competition Check- While the XUV 3XO and Kia Sonet get the ADAS suite of safety tech, the Maruti Brezza and the Tata Nexon miss out on assistance features.
4. 6-Airbags As Standard
Standard Across Variants
I think this is one of the most appreciable decisions taken by the Hyundai to make its entire line-up equipped with 6-airbags as standard across variants. Thanks to the same, Hyundai Venue, from its base E variant gets 6 airbags which ups its safety game to another level.
Competition Check- Both the XUV 3XO, Kia Sonet, and the Tata Nexon provide the same 6-airbag setup as standard across variants whereas the Maruti Brezza still offers a dual airbag setup even with its top-spec trim, which I feel is a big setback in 2024.

5. Air Purifier
SX(O) Trim Onwards- Rs. 12.44 Lakhs
Another notable addition to the Venue's feature list is the air purifier which adds another layer of safety and convenience for the occupants with fresh air always available at your disposal. This feature, which was once reserved for just a handful of models is fast approaching a new standard fitment with the latest models.
Competition Check- While the Nexona and Sonet provide an air purifier in their higher-spec trims, Brezza does not come with this tech.
Other Notable Features Include:
- Paddle shifters
- Cooled glove box
- Rear AC vents
- Wireless Charger
- Auto headlamps
- Rear Wiper with Washer, and more
Verdict
Hyundai Venue does not leave any stone unturned in offering a brimmed up tech list that has a lot to offer to satisfy your techy nerves. However, since the XUV 3XO and now potentially Tata Nexon in future, gets a panoramic sunroof, this is something that I would love to see with the Hyundai Venue via a mid-life update as well. Apart from this, the 4-cylinder engine performs pretty well and won't dissapoint you if you plan on taking this home.
