Maruti Grand Vitara: Variants Analysis
Maruti Grand Vitara is the only model under Maruti Suzuki's portfolio that comes in both a NA petrol engine and a strong hybrid mill. Interstingly, the Maruti Invicto is offered with a strong hybrid only leaving the Grand Vitara as a more personalized option. It comes with a 1.5L petrol mill that churns out 1.3PS power with a peak torque of 136.8Nm. This strong Hybrid unit comes with a 1.5L 3-cylinder set-up paired with an electric motor that churns out 92.45 PS power with a peak torque of 122 Nm. However, in its CNG version, the power drops down to 87.863PS while the torque drops down to 121.5 Nm. Interestingly, the CNG can be opted only with Delta and Zeta variants coupled to a 5MT gearbox.
