On March 21, 2023, Hyundai will unveil the Verna in India. The company has teased the upcoming sedan's interior and convenience features in the past. The brand has now disclosed the upcoming sedan's safety features. Over 65 safety features, including 30 standard features and 17 Level 2 ADAS features, will be included in the 2023 Hyundai Verna sedan. The soon-to-be-released Verna will establish a benchmark for its segment with these features. Hyundai's official website and dealer network are accepting bookings for the 2023 Hyundai Verna, and interested individuals can do so by paying Rs 25,000.

2023 Hyundai Verna Engine Specifications
Just petrol engine configurations will be offered for the 2023 Verna. In the car, a 1.5-liter NA petrol engine that complies with RDE standards and a 1.5-liter petrol turbocharged engine will work. With a 6-speed manual transmission and an IVT, the former generates 115 bhp and 144 Nm of peak torque, while the latter utilises a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed DCT gearbox to provide 160 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque.
