Ather 450X Special Edition: Exciting Updates From Ather Energy
Ather has some exciting plans in the pipeline. To kick things off, they're gearing up to introduce the 450S HR, which has already completed the necessary homologation process. This model boasts a robust 3.76 kWh battery, delivering an impressive 156 km range on a single charge, certified by AIS 040 standards. It appears that the launch of the Ather 450S HR is imminent. Furthermore, Ather Energy is gearing up to introduce the fourth generation of the Ather 450X, a development that has already been hinted at on the company's official website. It is highly likely that the forthcoming special edition model will be based on this new Gen 4 platform.
In the next quarter, you can expect to see this eagerly awaited scooter hit the market, though it's anticipated that availability may be limited. Now, considering that the top-end Ather 450X is already priced at Rs 1.44 lakh ex-showroom, it's reasonable to anticipate that this special edition will command a premium, likely surpassing the Rs 1.65 lakh mark. Meanwhile, a ballpark figure of Rs. 1.5 lakh for the Ather 450S HR makes sense (both prices ex-showroom, and subsidies excluded).
It's worth noting that with Ather's Pro packs, there are options to customize and potentially elevate the pricing even further, giving customers a range of choices to suit their preferences and needs. Get ready for some exciting times ahead with Ather's latest offerings!

The Ather 450X is quite the performer, no matter the battery you choose. It goes from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and can reach a top speed of 90 km/h. With the 3.7 kWh battery, it can cover a certified range of 150 km; with the 2.9 kWh battery, it manages a commendable 111 km. Now, let's talk about the Ather 450S. It matches the 450X in many aspects. It accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.9 seconds and hits a top speed of 90 km/h, providing a certified range of 115 km.
Verdict
Ather Energy is gearing up to expand its lineup with an upcoming model, although specific details about its performance and features remain undisclosed.
