Just a few days ago, we brought to you a piece of breaking news regarding the imminent India launch of the Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 and guess what it has just happened. Bajaj Auto has just launched the all-new Pulsar NS 125 BS6 in the Indian market and its price starts at Rs. 93,690, Ex-showroom Delhi. The new Pulsar NS 125 is now the youngest member of the Pulsar NS family.
First of all, starting with the looks, so the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 looks completely identical to its elder siblings which include the very popular Pulsar NS 200 and the NS 160. The new Pulsar NS 125 sports a very aggressive design language with a wolf eye-inspired headlamp and pilot lamps on either side. It gets a muscular 12-litre fuel tank with sharp tank shrouds. There is also a body-coloured engine cowl, split seats and more.
The new Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 BS6 is available in four colour shades. They are Beach Blue, Fiery Orange, Burnt Red and Pewter Grey. Now, if we talk about its mechanicals, so it shares its engine with the regular Pulsar 125 Neon and the Pulsar 125 Split Seat. This means that it is powered by a BS6 compliant 124.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected DTS-i engine. This motor churns out 12 PS of maximum power at 8500 RPM and 11 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The Pulsar NS 125 gets a disc brake at the front and a drum unit at the rear with CBS. For suspension duties, it gets telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear. The price of the new Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 has been set at Rs. 93,690, Ex-showroom Delhi. It costs 20,000 rupees more than the base variant of the Pulsar 125 Neon.
