Tata Altroz Discounts
The petrol variants of the Tata Altroz can be availed with a cash discount of up to Rs. 15,000, an exchange bonus of Rs. 10,000, and a corporate discount of Rs. 3,000. Since this is the only hatchback with a diesel powertrain, the oil burner is available with discounts as well. The diesel variants get a cash discount of Rs. 15,000, an exchange bonus of Rs. 10,000, and a corporate discount of Rs. 3,000.

Altroz Now With CNG
Just recently, the Tata Altroz made its way with the CNG variant as well. The noteworthy addition along with the CNG was the single-pane sunroof. This cleared the way for the introduction of 13 new variants in petrol and diesel variants with sunroofs. But, the biggest highlight is the ingenious Twin-cylinder technology that gives it the biggest boot space in a CNG car of this segment.
What it does is simply place 2 cylinders of 30 kg capacity side by side against the 60 kg single cylinder leaving no practically usable boot space.
Powertrain- Your Only Diesel Hatchback Now
It comes with both petrol and diesel powertrain options. The normal 1.2-liter petrol unit churns out 88 PS power with a peak torque of 115 Nm whereas the 1.2-l turbocharged version is good for 110 PS with 140 Nm of torque. Normal petrol+ CNG in its CNG mode puts out 73.5 Ps with 103 Nm of torque.
Now, those looking for an oil burner will not be disappointed with the Altroz. It gets a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel unit that produces 90 PS power with 200 Nm of peak torque. However, it is worth mentioning that this diesel unit barely passes the BS6-Phase 2 emission norms this time. So, if you want a diesel hatch, the next phase of emission norms will most likely phase this one out for good.
VERDICT- These discounts are available across various dealerships and you need to check with your nearest one. Plus, since this is a limited-time offer, and if you plan on taking one home, saving a few bucks is always a good thing.
