This special scheme to save customers money is only valid until 31st March and is applicable on all versions of the Hector, including the Hector Plus. To get an accurate quotation and determine how much you can really save, the only way to find out is through MG dealerships. To add more about this vehicle, it is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The diesel engine, a 2.0L sourced from Fiat, produces 170 PS and 350 Nm of torque and is only available with a 6MT. The second option is a 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine, producing 143 PS and 250 Nm of torque, and is available with both a 6MT and a CVT.
Features have always been a high point of this car, and it still remains the top choice for people who love large screens, as it comes with a 14-inch infotainment screen. Other features include a panoramic sunroof, a premium sound system by Infinity, dual-tone interiors, front ventilated seats, ADAS, an electronically operated tailgate, wireless charging, and a 360-degree parking camera.

Whatever people aspire to from a big family car, the MG Hector provides everything. It also scores well in terms of mileage, as its diesel engine can easily provide up to 18 kmpl on highways and up to 12-13 kmpl in city traffic. Apart from that, the resale value of the Hector is one of the best in its segment. According to an MG press release, the Hector retains 70-75%, far ahead of competitors like the Tata Harrier and Mahindra XUV700, making it a strong selling point.
