Deliveries of Hop Electric Mobility's first electric motorcycle, the Hop Oxo, have begun in Jaipur. Launched in September was the Hop Oxo electric motorcycle. A total of 2,500 motorcycles will be delivered in the first batch, but only to Jaipur. Among other states, the brand will soon begin delivering in Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. Hop OXO is available in two varieties: OXO and OXO Pro Package (previously OXO X). The Ministry of Heavy Industries' FAME II scheme's guidelines modifications and the adoption of new tests and standards have caused the first batch to go behind schedule.

Hop OXO Electric Motorcycle
The Hop OXO electric motorcycle has a 72V eFlow powertrain and a 3.7kWH battery as standard equipment. It is powered by a hub motor mounted on the back wheel, which has a peak power of 6.2 kW and a maximum torque of 200 Nm. To enhance the riding experience, the brand offers three unique riding modes: Eco, Power, and Sport. Additionally, according to the company, the OXO X model's Turbo mode can raise the top speed to 95 km/h. The Hop Nuron app is included with the OXO X, which can speed from 0 to 40 km/h in 4 seconds. The battery is waterproof, shockproof, and fireproof, according to the maker. Hop OXO features a 180mm ground clearance. It has a 17-inch rear wheel and 18-inch front wheels.
The OXO X also has a connecting feature to the instrument cluster for the OXO mobile app. Speed control, geo-fencing, ride stats, turn-by-turn navigation, and an anti-theft system are just a few of the capabilities that may be unlocked with 4G connectivity and the OXO mobile app.
Hop OXO is only available in black colour and has a peak range of 135 km per charge. With 150 Kms of range on a single charge, colour options, the Hop NURON Connectivity package, and a charger bag is included in the "OXO PRO PACKAGE" (formerly OXO X).

Verdict: In India, the use of electric vehicles is growing, and more individuals are choosing electric scooters and motorbikes for their daily travels. Hop OXO bike deliveries will soon start in other states, and it costs Rs. 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The Hop OXO competes with models like the Revolt RV400, Oben Rorr, Tork Kratos, and others that are similarly priced electric motorcycles.
