Siddhartha Lal, the maverick himself, has just posted a photo on Instagram riding the highly anticipated Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. His caption, "GRRRRRR, Tune in. 17th July, Barcelona," hints at an exciting launch event. CEO of RE motorcycles, Govindrajan Balakrishnan, echoed the sentiment with a similar post. This suggests that the Guerrilla 450 will debut on 17th July in Barcelona, Spain.

What can we expect from the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450?
The Sherpa 450 engine which is found in the new Himalayan 450, will also going to be the heart of the upcoming Guerrilla, which produces 39 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm at 5,500 rpm. Plus, the 6-speed gearbox will remain the same, and if anything new happens, will only be notified on 17th July in the "City of Counts". However, the confirmed thing is the Guerrilla will be street naked bike with low ground clearance, less suspension travel, than its elder sibling, Himalayan.
This marks a significant step for Royal Enfield as they venture into the roadster segment with their new 450cc bike. The Instagram photo reveals details such as LED headlights similar to those on the Himalayan. On closer inspection, one can spot telescopic forks with gaiters, LED turn indicators, and an offset instrument cluster position.
While specifics on whether it features a TFT or LCD screen are still unclear, familiar elements like the teardrop fuel tank, slim side panels, and a compact tail end reminiscent of the Himalayan are clearly visible.

The Guerrilla has been spotted multiple times during testing, featuring 17-inch alloy wheels that enhance its roadster aesthetics. It's anticipated to come equipped with dual-channel ABS, fitting for a bike expected to be priced between Rs 2.40 lakh and Rs 2.60 lakh.
