While the 1.5-L petrol engine will only come mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, the turbo petrol and the diesel engine will be offered with both, a manual as well as an automatic transmission option. The Kia Seltos too gets the same engine and gearbox combinations, except for the IMT gearbox that is only available with Seltos's 1.5-L naturally aspirated petrol engine.
