Mahindra Thar Roxx Cabin Design and Features - All Details
A video posted on a social media platform shows the full cabin details of the upcoming Thar Roxx. This elongated version of Thar will get light colour interiors, similar to the XUV700 and the XUV 3XO. Along it, the dashboard will be revised with a bigger infotainment screen that we saw on the new XUV 3XO as well. Additionally, a new three-spoke steering wheel taken over from the Scorpio N will feature on it. Notably, the version spotted here is not a top-spec as it has a semi-digital console and a single-pane sunroof. The top-spec variant will get a fully digital console and a panoramic sunroof as well.
The second row of the spotted car has a single bench layout with a 60:40 split ratio. Additionally, all of the three occupant seats get adjustable headrests, while the middle seat also has an armrest with cup holders embedded into it. The power window switches are given on the door panels for the rear passengers, and it also have rear AC vents placed underneath the front armrest. Since the new Thar Roxx will be offered in different variants, we also assume that the top-spec versions will get captain seats for second-row passengers.
Powering the Thar Roxx will be the same engine options as the Thar 3-Door. Additionally, the gearbox options are also likely to remain unchanged. The overall tuning, suspension, and gear ratios are going to be different on the 5-Door version when compared to the current Thar. The expected pricing of the new Thar will be Rs 16-20 lakh (introductory). Its main rival is the Force Gurkha 5-Door.
