A new edition of the Gloster, MG Motor India's flagship SUV, is about to be released. The Gloster Black Storm edition, which has various cosmetic upgrades, will be launched tomorrow in the Indian market. MG Gloster Black Storm Edition
The upcoming edition, aptly named the Black Storm edition, will showcase a striking Metal Black color. As seen in the teaser, the SUV will feature red highlights on the interior and external body parts to increase its appeal. The ORVM, door panels, rear and front skid plates, as well as other parts of the SUV will have red accents. The addition of blacked-out alloy wheels, black lettering, and black badges will further amplify the SUV's ominous and seductive image. The Black Storm logo will also be proudly displayed on the SUV's fender.
The interior of the vehicle will be adorned with red accents, red ambient lighting, and black seats, all of which contribute to its dark and stylish appeal. Additionally, the Black Storm edition will include red floor mats and red inserts on the door pads. The infotainment system and instrument cluster may also be given a red theme to align with the overall aesthetic of the cabin. In terms of features, it will retain the same specifications as the standard variant.

MG Gloster Engine Specifications
MG Gloster comes with a 2.0-liter turbo and twin-turbo diesel engines. The turbo engine delivers a maximum torque of 375 Nm and a power output of 162 bhp. On the other hand, the twin-turbo engine generates a power of 215 bhp and a maximum torque of 480 Nm. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic torque converter transmission. The Gloster is available in both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains, providing options for different driving preferences.
Verdict: The upcoming special edition will improve the SUV's all-around appearance and increase its appeal for potential buyers.
