Ola is working on a bunch of new electric products currently. The company has confirmed that it will launch a variety of e-products in 2023. Meanwhile, Ola electric motorcycle is one such confirmed product. This e-bike is being targeted for the performance & premium category. Scheduled to launch sometime in 2023; this electric bike will also get a long-riding range.

Ola Electric Motorcycle Details
Speaking of this upcoming e-bike, Ola's CEO recently asked Twitter users about their choice of bikes. The social media post included a poll between various bike types including sports, roadster, & cruiser categories. This indicates that Ola is keenly interested in making a product that customers want solely. However, the development of this e-bike is ongoing & its launch is scheduled by 2023.
Ola has made clear that this bike is targeted for the premium segment. Recently, Ultraviolette F77 was launched in India in this category. Ola is also focusing to build a bike that focuses on performance & long-distance riding range. However, its shape and size is still unknown. Additionally, Ola has not revealed any details about its battery pack as well.
Apart from this, Ola is developing its first electric car. The company has already teased it online but it is also scheduled for debut by 2023. Additionally, Ola is also going to start making its own batteries by 2023. The EV maker is going to start the cell production. Not only this, but, this new production facility will begun with 5GWh capacity and further extend up to 100GWh.
Verdict
Ultraviolette F77 is the only performance e-bike in India for now. But, Ola's electric motorcycle will soon change that. Not only this, but, Royal Enfield is also going to debut in EV segment by 2025. Hence, the performance e-bike segment is soon going to be interesting in India.
