As we kick off the new year in January 2025, several car manufacturers are extending special offers and discounts. Tata Motors is among them, providing benefits on select models, including the Tata Punch, Harrier, and Altroz, with potential savings reaching up to Rs. 85,000. Tata Punch
The Tata Punch variants, in both petrol and CNG guises, are eligible for a consistent Rs.10,000 in consumer benefits, excluding the Pure base and the recently launched Camo edition. Notably, the Punch is unique among the models discussed in that it does not offer any exchange or scrappage bonuses. It's worth highlighting that the Punch achieved remarkable success in 2024, becoming India's top-selling vehicle across all categories, outperforming established models from Maruti Suzuki that reigned for 40 long years at the top spot until 2024.
Tata Nexon
Each variant of the Tata Nexon, regardless of trim level or whether it's powered by petrol or diesel, is eligible for a maximum discount of Rs. 10,000. This incentive is exclusively in the form of an exchange or scrappage bonus whereas no direct consumer discounts are being offered on the Nexon. This is due to the extreme popularity of the model where it rolls off the showrooms at a rapid pace.
Tata Altroz
Tata Altroz is offering no discounts on the base XE variant. However, all other Altroz variants, regardless of whether they run on petrol, diesel, or CNG, are eligible for a Rs. 10,000 consumer discount and a Rs. 15,000 exchange or scrappage bonus, resulting in potential savings of up to Rs. 25,000.
Tata Tiago
Tata Motors is providing various offers on the Tiago where it is eligible for a Rs. 10,000 consumer discount along with an exchange or scrappage bonus of Rs. 20,000, bringing the total potential savings to Rs. 30,000. However, the XE, XM, and XT(O) trims (across all fuel types) receive a flat discount of Rs. 10,000, with no additional consumer offers available.
Tata Tigor
Similar to the Tiago, the Tata Tigor sedan is also being offered with discounts. All variants, with the exception of the base XE trim, are eligible for a Rs. 10,000 consumer discount combined with a Rs. 10,000 exchange or scrappage bonus, resulting in a total potential saving of Rs. 20,000. The base XE variant, however, receives a maximum discount of Rs. 10,000, with no additional consumer offers.
Tata Harrier & Tata Safari
The Tata Harrier and Safari models are the flagship from Tata and are eligible for discounts of up to Rs. 25,000 this January. However, just as the case with Nexon, these benefits are available as scrappage or exchange bonuses and not any direct cash discounts. However, you get this discount as standard across variants, including the base spec model.

Tata Punch EV
The Tata Punch EV, differentiated by model year and battery configuration, is available with some pretty exciting discounts this month For the MY24 Punch EV with the Medium Range (MR) battery, a 'Green Bonus' of up to Rs. 30,000 is available, along with a Rs. 20,000 exchange or scrappage bonus. The MY24 Punch EV with the Long Range (LR) battery offers a higher Green Bonus of up to Rs. 50,000 while maintaining the same Rs. 20,000 exchange/scrappage incentive. For the MY25 Punch EV, regardless of battery configuration, a consistent Rs. 20,000 Green Bonus and a Rs. 20,000 exchange/scrappage bonus are being offered.
Tiago EV
For MY24 models with the Medium Range battery, XE and XT trims of the Tata Tiago EV receive up to Rs. 50,000 as a Green Bonus plus a Rs. 20,000 exchange bonus. The Long Range MY24 Tiago EV offers the highest benefits on the XT trim, with a Rs. 65,000 Green Bonus and the same Rs. 20,000 exchange/scrappage incentive. The XZ+ and XZ+ Tech Lux trims on the MY24 LR offer a Rs. 40,000 Green Bonus plus the Rs. 20,000 exchange/scrappage bonus.
