Tesla India has homologated three new models for the India launch. The information is available through the governments Vahan Sewa portal.
Tesla India recently homologated three more models for India. The American EV manufacturer had previously homologated four models, with these new additions, the total count comes down to 7 models. The Tesla Model 3 is most likely to be homologated because its test mule has been spotted many times in and around Mumbai and Pune.
The Model 3 is available in three variants in the USA, and the Model Y is available in two variants. But since Tesla has registered 7 new models, the other two models can either be the Model S or Model X, where we get just one variant for each of the models.

Initially, Tesla was supposed to launch this December, but the cars had ground clearance issues. The American EV manufacturer is also locked in a conversation with the Indian government over its taxes on EVs. While Hon.
