Bajaj CNG Bike: What To Expect?
Bajaj's next big launch & probably the biggest two-wheeler launch of this year is the CNG bike. Likely to be badged 'Bruzer', the upcoming model is seen testing on the road yet again. While there are a lot of expectations attached to it, Bajaj will keep the bike utility-friendly. The overall design of it will be commuter-oriented and there will be possibly two iterations of it.
This two-wheeler commuter game changer is going to be powered by a suspected 125cc engine. A bi-fuel motor that will use CNG as its primary source of combustion fuel. A small fuel tank for emergencies will also be fitted on it. While the exact capacity of this engine is unknown, Mr Rajiv Bajaj has himself hinted that it'll be a 100-125cc motor.
In terms of features, it'll possibly get an LED headlight, a USB charger, a front disc brake, alloy wheels, and a semi-digital console. We've already seen two different variants of it testing together. One of them was a roadster while the other was a rugged version with knuckle guards and block-pattern tyres.
Pricing is a major factor here, and Bajaj being well known for its aggressive introductory pricing strategy, can very well price it below the Rs 90,000 mark. Currently, there are no other CNG bikes in the country and the Bruzer will be the first-ever CNG motorcycle.
