While the BSA is claimed as a more refined and better-performing motorcycle, its single-cylinder configuration might turn off some potential customers. Modern-Retro Design 8

• The BSA Goldstar 650 comes with a modern-retro design language which takes cues from the original BSA Goldstar motorcycle. It gets a round headlamp assembly, a teardrop fuel tank, chrome treatment on the fuel tank & engine casing, a single exhaust pipe among other design elements. 

• The motorcycle gets a twin-pod instrument cluster, a single seat setup, a small tail lamp and round turn indicators. The side of the motorcycle also gets some black body panels. 

• BSA Goldstar 650 is available in 6 colour options namely Highland Green, Insignia Red, Midnight Black, Dawn Silver, Shadow Black, and Legacy Edition Sheen Silver.

• The Goldstar 650 comes with telescopic front forks and dual-spring shock absorber with preload adjustment at the rear. The braking duties on the motorcycle are handled by 320 mm front and 225 mm rear disc brakes with Brembo calipers. Moreover, it rides on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear Pirelli Phantom tyres.

• On the features front, the motorcycle gets a twin-pod analog instrument cluster with digital fuel guage and odometer. Moreover, the braking is further aided by dual-channel ABS. The Goldstar misses on modern features like digital cluster, Bluetooth connectivity and more.

Biggest Single Cylinder Engine 8

• The engine is the major highlight of the Goldstar 650. It is powered by the biggest 652cc liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine. This engine produces 45 bhp of power and 55 Nm of peak torque. The engine on this motorcycle is one of the torquiest motor in this segment. Mated to a 5-speed gearbox with slipper and assist clutch, the motorcycle offers a good engine performance. 

• The brand claims that the Goldstar 650 is tuned for offering smooth acceleration and linear power and torque delivery at every range. Moreover, it is claimed to offer good low-end performance and good cruising experience with its refined motor.
