Last Updated on 22nd June'24: The XL6 has a distant counterpart known as the XL7, designed to accommodate an additional passenger. The XL7 features slight modifications in dimensions and features compared to the XL6. However, there is currently no confirmed launch information for the XL7 in India.

Dimensions: The Indonesian model has overall dimensions of 4,450mm in length, 1,775mm in width, 1,710mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,470mm.

Ground Clearance: It is anticipated to have a ground clearance ranging between 195mm to 200mm.

Engine: The launched newly Suzuki XL7 in Indonesia is equipped with the same 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine found in the India-spec XL6. This engine generates 105PS/138Nm of power and torque respectively and is available with two transmission options - a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed automatic.

Features: The upcoming XL7 is expected to offer features such as an 8-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an IRVM with rear camera display, a foldable armrest, ventilated front seats, cruise control, height-adjustable driver seat, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Program, hill-hold assist, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

Price: The Maruti Suzuki XL7 is expected to be priced between Rs 12.00 lakh to Rs 13.00 lakh.

Must have better knee space in third row. Also will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. Having sufficient space for laggage will be preferred. Better ground clearance, 17 inches tyre.

I would purchase this car if it is released by April 2026. I would be excited to grab this 7 seater car if early launched in Metro cities at the earliest. Today itself I have visited the Nexa showroom to query about this Car. It would be more successful if released with CNG fitted specifications.

XL7 should be in CNG variant with sunroof and ADAS 2 level, with 6 airbags, wireless charging and affordable to every Indian, Maruti is India's pride.
