Hero Xpulse 200 4V Vs 2024 Yezdi Adventure: Engine
The Hero Xpulse 200 4V comes powered by a 199.6 oil-cooled 4-valve engine that churns out a maximum power of 18.9 bhp and a peak torque of 17.35 Nm. The powerhouse on offer with the XPulse 200 4V offers a great level of tractability and fuel efficiency. Despite being an Adventure bike, the XPulse 200's fuel-efficient nature makes it ideal for long rides on any type of terrain. Apart from this, the 4 valve setup on the motorcycle improves top-end performance while cruising on straight roads.
On the other hand, the Yezdi Adventure sources its power from a 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The 2024 Yezdi Adventure carries an all-new 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 29.68 bhp of power and 29.84 Nm of torque. As per the manufacturer, the unit on offer is the new Alpha 2 engine with significantly improved durability and refinement than the previous gen Yezdi Adventure.

The new XPulse 200 4V comes with upgraded switchgear which has an integrated engine on/off button. Also, the company has provided an improved cooling system with a seven-fin oil-cooled and LED headlamps, Bluetooth connectivity, LED tail light and a single-channel ABS.
On the other hand, the 2024 Yezdi Adventure offers a better set of features than the XPulse 200. It features a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, tilt adjustment and turn-by-turn navigation. The Hero XPulse 200 4V gets off-road-centric hardware right from the factory. The ADV bike gets 37mm telescopic front forks as a standard and mono-shock suspension at the back. For safety, there are disc brakes at both ends. Apart from this, the Hero Moto Corp also offers a Rally Kit for the ADV which includes a long travel suspension, knobby pattern tyres, a flat saddle and a longer side stand because of the increased height.
On the other hand, the Yezdi Adventure also gets an efficient suspension and mono-shock absorbers with coil springs with a linkage mechanism at the back. Apart from this, there are disc brakes on both sides with dual-channel ABS. The Yezdi Adventure comes with 21-inch wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear. This setup offers a great off-roading experience and makes your journey easy.
Winner: Both Hero Xpulse 200 4V and the new Yezdi Adventure get telescopic front forks which are good enough for off-roading. However, if we compare the Yezdi Adventure with the Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition, the game completely changes because Rally Edition offers long travel suspension and other accessories.
