Maruti Fronx: Powerterain Options
The Maruti Fronx comes with two powertrain options. The first one is a 1.2-litre unit that puts out 89 bhp with a peak torque of 113Nm. This mill can also be opted with a CNG bi-fuel, but the performance figures drop down to 76 bhp with the torque dropped down to 98.5 Nm. However, after a long break, the 1.0L Boosterjet turbo petrol has made its comeback for the enthusiasts which churns out 99 bhp with a peak torque of 147.6 Nm. You get the options for both a 5-speed manual as well as an automatic gearbox.
Sigma 1.2L - Rs. 7.51 Lakhs
This is the entry-level base variant that comes with a 1.2L petrol mill and is priced at Rs. 7.51 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi. You can only opt for this with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Being the base trim, it misses out on a lot of top-tier features and has to do with just a basic function set of tech.

Delta+ 1.2L & 1.0L (Smart Hybrid) Boosterjet- Rs. 8.77 Lakhs Onwards (Over Delta)
Delta+ variant is the starting trim where you can opt for the more punchy, 1.0L Boosterjet engine. The variants below this only have the option for a 1.2L naturally aspirated unit. You can opt for either a manual or an automatic gearbox with the 1.2-liter engine, but with the Turbo petrol, you do not have any option for the AMT gearbox. However, this is also the variant from where the CNG option goes out of scope. This concludes that there is no trim where you get the option to choose from both the Tubro petrol and the CNG choices. Meanwhile, the following are the additional features that you get over the lower variant:
- LED Reflector headlamps
- LED DRLs
- Alloy wheels
Delta+ (O) 1.2L- Rs. 8.93 Lakhs
Delta+ (O) variant notably misses out on the Boosterjet turbo petrol unit and can only be had with the NA petrol mill with both the Manual and AMT transmission. Interestingly, this variant is the only one that does not come with a spare wheel. Compensating for this omission, you do get a tyre puncture repair kit.
