Speaking of what's changed, the new bike now gets a BS6 Phase 2-compliant engine. As the new emissions rules are implemented today; the new SP 125 is now OBD2-compliant. To achieve better real-time emission values, onboard diagnosis sensors have been deployed on it. Meanwhile, the onboard computer also warns the rider of any fault with this mechanism. Additionally, the engine is now claimed to have become smoother than before. However, there are no other changes to it regarding powers and features.
On the other hand, Honda has tried to give it a fresh flair for change. For this, new colour options have been offered. It now comes with a total of 5 new colours - Black, Matte Axis Grey Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue, and the newly added Matte Marvel Blue Metallic. Meanwhile, the body graphics on it are also reworked to make it look more exciting. Additionally, the rear tyre is now more chunky than the outgoing model.
