2023 Kawasaki W800 Details
Now, speaking of the details of this new updated model, it has undergone just minor changes. These changes compile mostly the cosmetic stuff. For example, the internationally available colours are going to feature on it whenever it is launched in India. Additionally, we can expect the use of new graphics as well. However, being a neo-retro roadster bike, there is very less that will be changes design-wise.
Kawasaki already sells the 2023 model globally. It is available with two colour options that are - Metallic Slate Blue & the Metallic Diablo Black. These colours options are most likely to be launched in India. The social media handles of Kawasaki have teased a big 'W' that indicates the near launch of this bike. However, we can not be very sure about the exact launch date and other details. The official information is still to be processed among the media.
Engine & Specifications
Anyways, the major thing is its engine and it will remain unchanged as per the reports on the internet. This means that the BS6-compliant, 773cc, twin-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 51bhp at 6,500rpm and 62.9Nm of peak torque at 4,800rpm is likely to remain the same. Additionally, it will keep using the 5-speed gearbox as seen on the current model as well.
The Kawasaki W800 is known and loved for its retro 60s roadster bike appeal. Hence, the design details like the round headlight, indicators, & the semi-digital instrument console are also likely to remain unchanged. Speaking of the pricing, we expect that Kawasaki might increase it by a minimal margin. However, the exact details will only be out once the official word is spoken for. Its main rival in India is the Triumph Speed Twin 900.
