2023 Maruti Nexa Ciaz Becomes Safer, Gets Dual Tone Colour Option

• The Ciaz continues to sell via the Nexa channel

• No change to engine / gearbox on offer

Maruti Suzuki continues to sell the Ciaz mid-size sedan in India. This model was last updated years back but sees strong demand from government institutions. For private buyers too, the Ciaz offers unbeatable value for money along with a spacious cabin and comfortable ride. And now for 2023, the company has made this Nexa offering even better!

For starters, ESP or electronic stability program is now standard on the Ciaz. We saw this being introduced in the Swift also recently. ESP helps by maintaining the car's control incase the driver brakes hard and changes lanes at the same time. It is also helpful in slippery road conditions, to an extent. Apart from this, the Ciaz will now come with Hill Hold Assist as standard as well. This feature is extremely helpful on inclines wherein it holds the brake for a second or two, allowing the driver ample time to lift off from the brake pedal and hit the accelerator to get going. The sedan continues to offer other features like dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX Child seat anchorage etc

Second change in the Ciaz is the inclusion of three new dual-tone colour options. These include Pearl Metallic Opulent Red with Black Roof, Pearl Metallic Grandeur Gray with Black roof and Dignity Brown with Black Roof. In terms of pricing, based on the top Alpha variant, the 2023 Maruti Ciaz dual-tone is available at INR 11,14,500 for the manual and INR 12,34,500 for the automatic version - both prices being ex-showroom Delhi.
