Audi is set to add another electric SUV to its lineup: the Audi Q6 e-tron Sportback, a coupe-style vehicle heavily inspired by the first generation Audi TT. Due to its sportback design, the drag coefficient has improved from 0.28 to 0.26, resulting in a range of 656 km. Audi Q6 e-tron Sportback
Everything is similar like the regular Q6 e-tron, but here it comes with Sportback, just like Q3 Sportback, and Q8 Sportback. As per Audi Media Center, this car will be available with four powertrain and two batteries.
The first option features a 75.8 kWh battery pack that produces 248 hp and sends power only to the rear wheels. Additionally, the range from this battery pack is 545 km.
The second battery pack has a capacity of 94.9 kWh, which achieves a range of 656 km and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds. The power output is 302 hp, and with the Audi Quattro system, it escalates to 387 PS, covering 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. Lastly, there is the SQ6 e-tron Sportback, the high-performance version of this electric SUV.
In this version, the total power output is 482 hp, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in a flat 4.3 seconds. The Q6 e-tron can also be charged using a 270 kW charger, taking just 22 minutes to go from 10% to 80%.
When Will It Launch ?
The launch date of the Audi Q6 e-tron Sportback hasn't been announced, but it is likely to occur in the last few days of 2024 or early 2025. It will be assembled at the Skoda-Volkswagen plant in Aurangabad.
