Audi A4 sedan has now become dearer to own than ever before. The new price hike has resulted in an incline of up to Rs 2.63 lakh for the A4 in India.
Audi India has hiked the prices of its entry-level sedan. The 2022 Audi A4 has now become dearer up to Rs 2.63 lakh ex-showroom pan India. The new price revision comes effective across all the variants of the A4 sedan. The last addition to the A4 brand was done back in December 2021 with the Premium base variant.

Audi A4 Price Hike Details
Catering to the customers who look for relatively affordable luxury sedan; the A4 is one of the most affordable sedans from Audi in India. Its not been much long since the new A4 was introduced in India. The new car comes equipped with revised BS6 engines that are more efficient and powerful. Also, Audi has equipped the new A4 with a long list of comfort and convenience features.
Speaking of the price hike, the A4 has now witnessed a price hike ranging from Rs 98,000 to Rs 2.63 lakh ex-showroom. The whole variant range of the car have undergone through this price hike. Currently, Audi sells 3 variants for the A4 in India. These include - Premium, Premium Plus, and Technology. The Premium being the entry-level variant, was launched in December 2021 with a price tag of Rs 39.99 lakh ex-showroom.
Now, with the new prices effective, the Premium will cost you Rs 2.63 lakh more than before. This price hike is being considered as one of the biggest from the Audi brand in India. The Premium Plus on the other hand has received a price hike of Rs 1.38 lakh to its ex-showroom price. The top of the line variant i.e. the Technology has witnessed a hike of rather minimal Rs 98,000 to the ex-showroom price.

Engine & Specifications
These new prices have already come effective to the A4. Mind you, the new A4 comes equipped with only one engine option i.e. the 2.0-lt, turbo-petrol engine. This is a 4-cylinder engine that churns out peak power of 190 hp and 320 Nm of peak torque. Audi uses its famous 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox as standard on all of the variants of the A4 sedan.
The rivals of the A4 include - Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series, & Volvo S60.
