Bajaj Auto launched the all-new Bajaj Chetak Electric scooter in the Indian market in January 2020. The new Bajaj Chetak was the first electric offering from the house of this Pune-based Indian two-wheeler manufacturer. It was launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 1 lakh, Ex-showroom Delhi. But now, its prices have been hiked and so here we have the New vs Old Price List of the Bajaj Chetak Electric Scooter.

So, as you can see in the above table, the prices of the Bajaj Chetak electric scooter have been increased massively. The base Urbane variant of the EV now charges 15,000 rupees more than before and is now priced at Rs. 1.15 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. The price of the top-spec Urbane variant of the EV has been hiked by Rs. 5,000 and it is now priced at Rs. 1.20 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. The Bajaj Chetak rivals against the likes of the Ather 450X, TVS iQube, etc. The TVS iQube is priced at Rs. 1.15 lakhs while the Ather 450X is priced from Rs. 1.27 lakhs. All prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi.
Talking about the specs of the EV, so the Bajaj Chetak electric scooter gets a 3 kWh lithium-ion battery. The lithium-ion battery of the EV comes paired with an electric motor that churns out 6 PS of power and 16 Nm of peak torque. The Chetak electric scooter gets two riding modes too. They are Eco and Sport. In Sport mode, the electric scooter delivers a claimed riding range of 85 kilometres per charge while in the Eco mode, it can run up to 95 kilometres on a single charge.
