Bajaj Auto is planning to launch a whole bunch of new Pulsar motorcycles in India very soon. Just a few days ago, the updated Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and the Pulsar 220F with new matte colour schemes were spied at select Bajaj outlets in the country. Now, as per a new media report, the company will soon even launch the Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 in India. So, today in this article, we have for you all the details about the upcoming new Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 BS6.
The Pulsar NS 125 is already on sale in many international markets like Russia, Colombia, Poland etc. It seems that Bajaj Auto is all charged up to shake the 125cc sporty commuter segment in India with the launch of the new Pulsar NS 125. The NS 125 will be the youngest member of the NS family.
We also have the Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 and the NS 200 on sale in India. The NS 125 takes its design inspiration from its elder siblings. Upfront, it gets Pulsar's signature wolf-eye design and the side profile is flanked by sharp tank extensions with sporty body graphics and an engine cowl. At the rear, it gets twin LED-strip tail lights, which is again a hallmark design of all the Pulsar-branded motorcycles. The upcoming NS 125 will get telescopic front forks and nitrox gas-charged dual shock absorbers at the rear. For braking duties, it will get a disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear with CBS.
The Pulsar NS 125 will share its mechanicals with the regular Pulsar 125. It means that it will draw its power from a BS6 compliant 124.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected DTS-i engine. This motor churns out 12 PS of power at 8500 RPM and 11 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. It will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The new Pulsar NS 125 will be launched within this month.
