The highly awaited Simple One electric scooter from Simple Energy has been launched, and it costs Rs. 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The scooter is available in six different colours. Only four colours were initially available for the scooter by the brand, but during the launch event, two more colour editions were unveiled to increase the scooter's appeal. Simple One Colours
The recently introduced Simple One electric scooter is available in six different color editions, including four monotone and two dual tone options. The four monotone colors available are Namma Red, Azure Blue, Brazen Black, and Grace White. These color choices are available with a price tag of Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
The company has unveiled two new colour variants called LightX and BrazenX. The black base of the BrazenX edition features red accents on the winglet, the rear grab rail, and the alloy wheels. The LightX edition, on the other hand, features red coloured alloy wheel, winglets, rear grab rail and a white base on other body parts. The cost of these two colour editions is Rs. 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Simple One now has a 5 kWh battery pack with both fixed and removable (portable) batteries. It sports a motor with a maximum output of 8.5 kW and a maximum torque of 72 Nm. It stands out with a phenomenal IDC-claimed range of 212 km, made possible by its 5 kWh battery pack, making it the best in its class in terms of range. Four riding options are available on the Simple One: Eco, Ride, Dash, and Sonic.

Verdict: The Simple One electric scooter looks attractive in all of its colour options, and the paint job appears to be of decent quality.
