Hero Xoom 160: Hero Moto Corp is all set for an aggressive appearance at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The manufacturer has some major two-wheelers like the Xpulse 210, Karizma XMR 250, 2025 Destini 125, Xoom 160 and Xtreme 250R. Recently, we got our hands on the exclusive images of the Xoom 160 ADV scooter that will be launched on January 17, 2025, at the Auto Expo venue itself. Hero Xoom 160 At the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo
It's not the first time that Xoom 160 is coming to appear at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, as it was also showcased at the previous edition of the BMS as well. The brand has kept the design similar to the model showcased at the previous Auto Expo. Some major key design elements of the Xoom 160 include LED DRLs, a front beak, grab rails, dual-purpose tyres and an upswept exhaust pipe.
Hero Xoom 160: Features
As far as the features are concerned, the Xoom 160 will offer amenities such as a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity that enables functionalities such as turn-by-turn navigation. Another notable feature is a dedicated button to open the seat while the key lock/unlock is also there, keeping its practicality alive. Additionally, the scooter offers a decent storage space which I guess is around 25 to 30 litres and can store a full-size helmet and some other small daily use things.
Hero Xoom 160: Engine and Hardware
Powering the Xoom 160 is a 160cc, liquid-cooled engine that is capable of making 14 bhp. As for the hardware, it gets a telescopic front suspension suspension and twin shock absorbers at the back. Braking duties are handled by discs at both ends which are supplemented by single-channel ABS.
Price
Being a straight rival of the Aerox 155, the Xoom 160 is expected to arrive at a similar price tag which is around Rs. 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). However, to stay competitive, Hero may play with the pricing which will give the Xoom 160 a great advantage over the Aerox 155.
