The available color options for the Elevate vary based on the chosen variant. The base-spec SV variant offers Platinum White Pearl and Lunar Silver Metallic as color choices. Moving up to the V trim, all monotone colors are available except for Phoenix Orange Pearl, which is exclusive to the higher-spec VX and ZX variants. These higher variants, along with the six monotone options, also offer the Phoenix Orange Pearl color. However, the three dual-tone colors are exclusively reserved for the range-topping ZX CVT variant, providing a distinctive and stylish option for those seeking a more premium variant.
Variant Wise Powertrain Options
The Honda Elevate is exclusively equipped with the City's 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, churning out 121PS and a torque of 145Nm. This engine is available with a choice of either a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. While the base-spec SV variant comes with only one transmission option, all other trims offer both transmission choices. It is worth noting that Honda has confirmed that the Elevate model will not be available with a strong-hybrid powertrain option, focusing solely on the conventional petrol engine configurations.
Variant | 1.5-litre petrol MT | 1.5-litre petrol CVT |

V | Yes | Yes |

Launch And Expected Price
Honda is set to launch the Elevate in September this year, starting at an estimated price of Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete against popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and the upcoming Citroen C3 Aircross.
VERDICT- In a segment where misses are not very often forgiven, Honda Elevate is putting its best foot forward. While there are tons of color shades on offer, it decides to keep the hybrid options away from the SUV. It could be a move to contain the top range price, as the Kia Seltos facelift seems to be doing as well.
