With the launch of its scooters in India, Ola Electric has also introduced Ola home service option. The electric scooters have scheduled due services after every six months, which will be notified by the predictive AI maintenance either on the mobile application or on the instrument cluster.
Thus, what it means is that the scheduled service of Ola Electric scooters is just a tap away. With the help of the mobile application, the owner can easily book an appointment. If they are facing any problems other than its scheduled services, a service appointment can be easily booked and the problem would be resolved at the doorstep.
If the repair team is not able to fix the problem there, Ola has also arranged pick up and drop facilities for its customers. Once the scooter has been repaired, Ola will drop it back at the same pickup location.
Will it not get difficult for Ola to manage so many customers at a time? Well, Ola, in its recent statements, has said that it will soon start establishing its offline and online stores in future, where things will get more handy and organised.
This home service concept is a good idea if the customers are lesser in number but as it was able to achieve so many bookings, will it be able to manage such aggressive plans? If it succeeds in providing services to its customers at their doorsteps, it means they have done a great job.
It has introduced a revolutionary design of the scooter available in 10 brilliant colours. It comes with an iconic headlamp unit and a larger boot space. The scooter is built for all roads whether it's dusty, flooded or damaged the scooter won't ditch you at all.
