If 2 people are traveling, then there is plenty of space to keep the luggage, otherwise, it's simply 4 people and a backpack car. For some, this won't be a deterrent while for others, it will be 'the' deterrent.

While it is a perfect city commuter for short runs and traffic jams, it is still range bound and comes with range anxiety. But makes for a sensible city ride.
