Jawa has finally opened 46 of its 105 dealerships that fall under the green zone and has started the doorstep deliveries and test ride for interested buyers. The bikemaker will also ensure all necessary steps to be taken as said by the Government of Indian in this lockdown period.

There is no news as to when the other dealerships will be opened and provide doorstep deliveries and test rides. All the dealerships will make sure safety, hygiene and social distancing are followed and these steps will be ensured by soon to be opened dealerships too.
Along with this Jawa Motorcycles has scrutinised the safety of the buyers as well as the people associated with Jawa in seven steps. That includes sanitization of the entire showroom and display vehicles on an hourly basis. Also, the test ride bikes should be cleaned right after the prior appointment has been made.
The list also takes care of thermal scanning of every employee and people visiting the showroom and social distancing followed by staff and digital documentation will be taken care through Whatsapp, Email or even via calls.
Jawa Motorcycles currently sells three bikes - 42, Standard and Perak. Both Jawa 42 and Standard uses a single-cylinder, four-stroke 293 cc engine which makes 27 bhp with a peak torque of 28 Nm. Both the bikes get telescopic hydraulic fork at the front with gas canister twin shock hydraulic at the rear.

They both the single-channel ABS as well as optional dual-channel ABS too. The prices for Jawa 42 sticks at Rs 1,55,600 for the single challenge ABS while dual-channel ABS costs Rs 1,64,241, ex-showroom, Delhi. The Jawa standard is priced at Rs 1,64,000 for single-channel ABS while dual-channel ABS is Rs 1,73,000. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi.
