Kawasaki India has introduced the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R at the India Bike Week 2023. The Japanese motorcycle maker unveiled the upgraded ZX-6R, set to arrive in India through the CBU route. The latest model showcases subtle design enhancements, added features, an updated powertrain, and more.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R: Details!
Unveiling the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R at IBW 2023, the bike flaunts subtle design tweaks and an updated engine to meet emission standards. Inspired by Kawasaki's iconic supersport models, it boasts a rider-friendly lean with low handlebars and rear-set footpegs. The ZX-6R retains its supersport charm with refined curves and draws influence from the ZX-10R.
Enhancing the riding experience, Kawasaki introduces a 4.3-inch colour display with Bluetooth connectivity, Kawasaki Traction Control, an assist-and-slip clutch, ride modes, and an Anti-lock Brake System.

Kawasaki has upgraded the Ninja ZX-6R with a powerful 636cc, in-line four-cylinder engine, delivering 129bhp at 13,000rpm and 69Nm at 10,800rpm. Paired with a six-speed gearbox, it features a convenient bi-directional quick-shifter. The bike boasts advanced hardware, including Showa's SFF-BP upside-down front forks and a Bottom-link Uni-Trak rear mono-shock, both with adjustable rebound, compression damping, and spring preload. The tire configuration consists of a 120/70 ZR17 front and a 180/55 ZR17 rear, complemented by a braking system featuring dual 310mm semi-floating front discs and a 220mm single rear disc. With a seat height of 830mm and a kerb weight of 198kg, the Ninja ZX-6R promises a dynamic and engaging riding experience.
During India Bike Week 2023, Kawasaki also launched the W175 Street for Indian riders. Before launching the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, the brand seeks to strengthen its position in India's high-end bike market. The upcoming price announcement and customer delivery dates for the Indian market are on the horizon.
