The facelift of Kia Motors India's best-selling SUV Seltos is currently being tested for the Indian market. The SUV has been spotted with a camouflage covering several times, displaying various features of the upcoming makeover. Recently, the X-Line version of the Kia Seltos facelift has been sighted being tested. This is the first time when the X-Line version has been spotted. Read details about the upcoming facelift below.

Kia Seltos X-Line Variant Facelift
The recently spotted test mule was painted in the same Matte Graphite shade as the current generation X-Line model. Additionally, it receives the same set of alloy wheels and design that the current generation offers. When it comes to alterations, the front profile will be completely overhauled, most likely with a new grille, new LED DRLs, and a lower bumper design. It is anticipated that the vehicle would receive new LED taillights, most likely linked ones, and a new bumper design to match the front of the vehicle.
Moving inside, it is anticipated to receive an upgrade that will set it apart from the current iteration. The facelift will get a connected screen configuration, where two screens will be connected and one will function as the infotainment unit and the other as the instrument cluster. We can anticipate a new dashboard design with new designs for the AC vents. A panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, an ADAS suite, updated HVAC controls, and other add-ons will also be included in the makeover.

Kia Seltos Facelift Engine Specifications
The upcoming Seltos will be equipped with a 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, delivering a power output of 158 bhp and a torque of 260 Nm. Additionally, the model lineup will offer options for a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.5L diesel engine. Customers will have the choice of selecting between various transmission options, including a 6-speed manual, an IMT gearbox, a 6-speed torque converter automatic, and a 7-speed DCT automatic.
Verdict: The upcoming Kia Seltos facelift is expected to break covers in July for the Indian market. Upon the launch this will be one of the feature loaded mid-size SUV in the Indian market.
