Matter Energy, an Ahmedabad-based tech startup, unveiled its first electric motorcycle with numerous firsts for the industry. As the first electric motorcycle with a transmission and a liquid-cooled battery, it also features these features. For improved bike safety, it also has dual-channel ABS. Deliveries will start in April 2023 after the electric bike is introduced at the forthcoming Auto Expo.

Matter Energy E-Motorcycle Specifications
The new electric bike has a 4-speed gearbox in addition to a 5kWh liquid-cooled battery, which is a first for an electric motorcycle. The electric motorcycle is powered by a 10.5kW engine with a whopping 520 Nm of peak torque. The motorcycle has a 120150 km claimed range on a single charge.
Regarding the charging ports, the motorcycle has a single connector that allows for both conventional and rapid charging. The motorcycle includes a standard on-board 1 kW charger that enables flexible and practical charging at any 5A household outlet.
Matter Energy E-Motorcycle Design & Features
The front of the new Matter Energy electric motorcycle gets an angular LED headlamp, and LED turn indicators which have an auto-canceling feature. Split seats, higher clip-on handlebars, and a grab rail for the passenger are some of its main design aspects.
The e-motorcycle from Matter Energy has a 7-inch touchscreen instrument panel with Android software, 4G connectivity, and features including turn-by-turn navigation, gear position, notification alerts, and music playback. Furthermore, over-the-air (OTA) upgrades are supported. Additionally, it has keyless entry and a key fob. The motorcycle also gets Eco, Sport & City ride modes.
Verdict: Matter Energy will be able to stand out in the market because to some features that are firsts for the industry. Deliveries for Matter's first e-bike, which could make its debut at the January 2023 Auto Expo, are slated to start in April 2023.
