The entry-level trims, Executive, and the Excite of the MG Comet EV continue with the same pricing at Rs. 6.99 lakhs and 7.99 lakhs ex-showroom. On the flip side, Excite FC gets a raise of Rs. 11,000, Exclusive by Rs. 11,800, and the Exclusive FC trims is now dearer by Rs. 13,000. The topline ex-showroom price now stands at Rs. 9.37 lakhs.
The MG Comet EV comes equipped with a comprehensive range of safety and advanced features, such as an Electronic Parking Brake, Electronic Stability Control, Rear Disc Brake, Hill-Hold Control, power foldable ORVMs, turn indicator integrated Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), Creep mode, and body-colored ORVM, iSMART infotainment system, offering over 55 connected features, and more.

Battery And Range
The MG Comet EV features a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor mated with a 17.3 kWh battery, providing 41bhp of power and 110 Nm of torque. It claims a range of 230 km on a single charge. Additionally, the new MG Comet EV offers an extensive range of customization options. With over 250 combinations available, including stickers, graphics, and other unique features, you can tailor your vehicle to match your individual style.

Verdict
The MG Comet EV is a compact EV offering from the brand that is strictly a 4-seater car and a practical urban car. However, with its pros and cons, it is still waiting for its big moment in the electric mover space in India. However, such experiments overseas have beared fruits quite well for various manufacturers.
