MG Motors has finally launched its second electric car Comet EV in India. It has been launched at a starting price of Rs 7.98 lakh ex-showroom, making it India's most affordable electric car. Previously, the Tata Tiago EV with its starting price of Rs 8.69 lakh, was the most affordable electric car in India. Along with Tata Tiago EV, the new MG Comet EV also rivals the Citroen eC3.
