Ola Electric will install its Hyperchargers across 4,000 cities. They have spoken to several building administrators, and are also trying to tie up with Bharat Petroleum.
After several delays, Ola Electric finally commenced the delivery of their first batch of S1 and S1 Pro scooters. And it seems that the Bengaluru-based mobility firm wants to keep the momentum going. For yesterday, in a tweet, Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder and CEO, Ola, said that, Hypercharger roll out has begun across cities. At key BPCL pumps as well as residential complexes. 4000+ points up through next year.

He further added, Were installing across India and will make them operational in 6-8 weeks. Will be free for use till end June 22 for all customers. Customers who are recipients of the first batch of scooters, already, have free access to public charging points as of for now. Later, the company will start charging for the same, via a subscription plan.

The S1 and S1 Pro scooters can charging 50% in 15 minutes, which is good for 75 kms of range.
The company is already in talks with several builders and developers to set up Hypercharger Network in malls, parks, and complexes. Apna Complex, an apartment management software company, is one such example.

Sources have also confirmed advanced talks with Bharat Petroleum have also started. Electric charging stations will be installed at petrol pumps. Ola had earlier revealed that their Hypercharger Network will be the densest and widest electric two-wheeler charging stations. The company aims to have more than 100,000 charging points across 400 cities.
By creating the world's largest and densest two-wheeler charging network, we will dramatically accelerate the customer adoption of electric vehicles and rapidly move the industry to electric," Aggarwal had earlier said in a press conference.
