Ola Electric scooter has been doing remarkably well in terms of booking when compared to the rival brands. With only a few days left for the launch of the Ola electric scooter, the brand has yet again given a sneak peek, this time at the reverse mode of the e-scooter.
CEO of Ola Electric, Bhavish Aggarwal has yet again posted a video on social media of an Ola e-scooter being driven in reverse gear. The social media post also had an interesting caption that says "A revolution to Reverse climate change!"
The Twitter handle of the electric scooter brand mentioned that the Ola electric scooter can roll backwards at high speed with the reverse mode. The brand mentioned that "You can reverse the Ola Scooter at an unbelievable pace."

As of now, the bookings for the Ola e-scooter has been commenced by the company at a refundable amount of Rs.499. The company has received bookings from over 1,000 cities in India since the initial launch of the e-portal in July. The company has not yet provided a precise price figure for the Ola electric scooter, however, it is believed that the vehicle could be priced around Rs.1 Lakh. The price can also reduce due to the state-wise subsidies. Ola electric has also mentioned that the vehicle will be directly delivered to the customers' doorstep.
The electric mobility development and solutions company has already announced that the e-scooter will offer several best-in-class features such as app-based keyless access and a big boot that can store two helmets. The e-scooter is expected to provide 150km range capacity on a single charge. Experts anticipate that the vehicle could present a top speed of 100kmph. In addition to all this, the company claims that the vehicle can provide a 75km range by charging from 0 to 50 perecnt in just 18 minutes.
Interestingly, the e-scooter is provided in 10 vibrant colour options which include yellow, dark blue, purple, grey and such. The electric scooter is aimed at the youth hence, it gets a funky looking design with LED headlights. In terms of features, the vehicle will come equipped with a dual projector headlamp setup, robust split-type grab rails, a hook to carry luggage, an external charging port, a floor mat and last but not least, a digital instrument cluster.
