Ola Electric Service
Ola Electric announced earlier this week that service desks will be available in their experience centre. The service desk support will enable the Ola experience centres to provide service support to users of Ola Electric scooters. Customers will be able to receive same-day service support from the experience centre; all they need to do is bring their scooter to the facility that is closest to them for service. In about a month, these facilities will be operational.
Up until recently, customers had to schedule an appointment before the technician would come pick up the scooter and return it to the owner after the service was finished. The new service will make it easier for clients to receive transparent service. According to their own needs, consumers can go to the service centres.
Ola MoveOS 3.0
MoveOS 3.0 from Ola Electric has just been released for its S1 Pro, S1 and S1 Air electric scooters. A variety of additional capabilities included in the most recent version of MoveOS should make the electric two-wheeler "feature-heavy and future-ready." Party Mode, Moods, Proximity Unlock, and compatibility with Ola's Hypercharging network are a few of the newest OS's notable features. Additionally, the bundle includes a special "Vacation Mode" that aids in battery preservation for up to 200 days of non-use.

Additionally, Ola is also going to start making its own batteries by 2023. The EV maker is going to start the cell production. Not only this, but, this new production facility will begun with 5GWh capacity and further extend up to 100GWh.
Verdict: In India, Ola Electric is the market leader for high-end electric scooters. The company is always adding new software to its scooters and improving the ownership experience.
