Ola S1 Electric Scooter ADAS Details
A video that has been shared by the CEO of Ola has created a buzz in the media. This video shows the instrument console of the e-scooter being attached to a camera & multiple sensors. The camera seems to be recording and reading the environment and the speed of the vehicles in its front. Meanwhile, there are no official words written about this tech. It is mostly a hint that Ola will soon introduce either ADAS or ACC (adaptive cruise control). Whatsoever it may be, with this tech Ola will surely become one step ahead of its rivals like Ather 450X Gen 3 & TVS iQube.
Additionally, Ola is also developing a new front suspension for its S1 Pro. As per online rumors, Ola has decided to replace its front suspension to eliminate the issues generated with it. Multiple users have reported the front suspension breaking on the go. Hence, a lot of its brand value took impact due to it. Therefore, Ola will probably try to resolve this issue by fixing a sturdy front suspension. All of these two things, suspension & ADAS, will mostly be launched together via an update. However, there is still time before Ola announces anything officially related to these both updates.
