In order to compete in the electric two-wheeler industry, Ola Electric is investing heavily in electric mobility. The company has introduced new versions of its entry-level scooters, the S1 Air and S1. Three battery pack options for the Ola S1 Air are now available: 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh. However, the S1 now has a 2kWh and 3kWh battery capacity. The S1 Air and S1 are both priced at Rs 84,999 and Rs 99,999, respectively. Additionally, the brand has opened the S1 Air 2kWh purchase window and bookings for the other variants, and the S1 Air will begin to be delivered in July.

Ola S1 Air New Variants
Ola S1 Air is the entry level electric scooter of the Ola lineup. It gets some basic features as compared to the S1 & S1 Pro. The new variants of the S1 Air are varied according to their battery pack. The battery pack range starts at 2kWh and it delivers a range of 85 km and this variant comes with a price tag of Rs 84,999. The other variant is the 3kWh battery pack which delivers a range of 125 km and priced at Rs 99,999. The top of the line variant of the S1 Air lineup comes with a 4kWh battery pack which gives a range of 165 km and priced at Rs 1.10 lakh. All the variants gets a 4.5 kW electric motor and a top speed of 85 km/h.
On the features front, the S1 Air comes with telescopic front forks, dual shock absorbers at the back, tubular pillion grab handle, a TFT instrument cluster and more. The S1 Air Pro features a longer-lasting battery and improved performance, making it ideal for longer commutes. Customers who pre-booked the 2.5kWh battery pack model of the S1 Air would receive a free upgrade to the 3kWh battery pack.
Ola S1 New Variant
Additionally, the company has introduced a new S1 electric scooter model that allows users to select the battery pack that best meets their riding requirements. The 3kWh battery pack has a range of up to 141 km on a single charge, compared to the 2kWh battery pack's maximum range of 91 km. Both variations have peak speeds of 90 and 95 kilometres per hour, respectively, and are propelled by 8.5 kW electric motors. The price of the Ola S1 2kWh and 3kWh battery pack variants is Rs 99,999 and Rs 1.10 lakh, respectively.
A 4 kWh battery pack is included with the S1 Pro, giving it an 181 km range. A 8.5 kW electric motor is connected to this battery pack, allowing it to travel as fast as 116 km/h. The Ola S1 Pro costs Rs. 1.30 lakh.
