Top Five Changes In the Production-Ready 2022 Ultraviolette F77

The Ultraviolette F77 was first showcased in 2019 in its pre-production spec. The electric motorcycle is now production-ready and set for launch this year in March 2022.

The Ultraviolette F77 is the most exciting electric vehicle launch set to happen this year. It had already set a tone for itself with its pre-production version in 2019. Touted to be the fastest electric motorcycle completely made in India, the F77 will be available in three colour variants - Shadow, Lightning, and Laser.

Aside from these options, the motorcycle has gone through some changes to make it more suitable for varied terrains, especially outside the cities. Changes have been made to the structure, and theres a dedicated dashboard as well. Below we have discussed some of these changes that have been made to make the F77 production-ready. Stronger Frame

Images of the new Ultraviolette F77 being tested in off-road conditions were not all fun and no work. There was a reason behind pushing the bike to its limits for Ultraviolette aims to make the F77 more than just a city bike. The riders triangle is neither either too committed nor that upright. However, the torsional stiffness of the trellis frame has increased, for the gearbox and motor mount get additional cross members. Both the units together also act as the stress member that unites the mainframe, cradle frame, seat frame, and swingarm. This has made the chassis more flexible, and the way the motorcycle sounds has improved as well.

Back when the pre-production F77 was showcased, it equipped a smartphone with touch screen features. But the 2022 production-ready F77 will get a dedicated digital instrument cluster with custom fonts, and display picture that changes as well when you go at top speeds. It also is a non-touch unit and instead has buttons with short press and long-press functions. The UX designing of the dashboard has been kept minimal for a purpose to keep the rider in sync with their ride.
