TVS Sport: Two New Colour Teased & More

TVS has dropped teasers hinting at fresh new colour updates for the 2025 TVS Sport on its website and social media. The upcoming model is expected to debut two vibrant schemesone combining a blue base with neon yellow accents, and another with a red base paired with grey highlights. Updated graphics appear to extend across the tank, side panels, tail section, and even the rims and front fender. The refreshed TVS Sport is likely to launch soon with a modest price increase of around Rs. 1,000 (ex-showroom), but more on that later.

The TVS Sport keeps things simple and functional, offering a setup that's ideal for everyday Indian roads. It comes equipped with a telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers that offer 5-step preload adjustability. To keep costs low, it uses drum brakes on both ends, with no disc brake option available. Weighing just 112kg, the bike feels nimble and easy to handle. It features an analogue instrument cluster with a speedometer, fuel gauge, and an Econometer that helps riders monitor fuel-efficient riding habits, along with a few more additions.
Engine Details

The TVS Sport is your everyday commuter that comes with a 110cc time-tested engine that is BS6 compliant and churns out 8.1 bhp of power and 8.7 Nm of peak torque, making sure to deliver exceptional fuel economy, which is one of its highest selling points. It comes with a 4-speed gearbox and wet-multuplate type clutch system.

Price And Rivals
The TVS Sport is offered in two variants: the entry-level ES version without graphics, priced at Rs 59,881, and the ELS variant with graphics, priced at Rs 71,785 (both ex-showroom Delhi). With the upcoming update, both variants are expected to see a marginal price increase of around Rs1,000. Despite the small hike, the Sport remains one of the most affordable commuters in India and continues to rival popular models like the Hero Splendor Plus and Bajaj Platina 110 in the highly competitive entry-level segment.
