Ultraviolette F99 Factory Racing Platform: A New Paradigm
The latest F99 model is a significant departure from its first generation, featuring a fully-faired design and advanced battery technology. A standout feature of the F99 is its dynamic aerodynamics, inspired by supersonic fighter jets, with carbon fibre panels and winglets. These aerodynamics are cleverly integrated at two key points an air shield and front cowl ducts creating a high-velocity air barrier to enhance airflow over the rider's helmet, reducing drag.
The Air-Blade, a part of the side fairing, adapts to lean angles to increase downforce during cornering, controlled electronically for optimal performance. Additional winglets at the front and rear of the motorcycle fine-tune its aerodynamic efficiency.
Verdict
The Ultraviolette F77 and F99 are revolutionizing electric motorcycles, blending advanced tech with great performance. F77's debut in Europe and F99's aerodynamic improvements at EICMA 2023 are big steps forward. Ultraviolette is all set to lead the electric motorcycle revolution with their global focus.
