The test mule was spied in a near production-ready form, completely revealing the design details. The upcoming motorcycle is a small-capacity engine as compared to the 250-twins. Visible are the smaller engine components, skinny tyres setup, & less equipment as compared to the Bajaj Pulsar N250.
Although, some parts are identical to the N250 like the headlight and the plastic cowl design above it. The projector headlight is also equipped with twin DRL LEDs on both sides similar to the 250. Bajaj is also using the twin-disc setup over the upcoming motorcycle. We also spot the ABS wiring on both of the brakes; which can mean it might come equipped with dual-channel ABS.
At the rear end, Pulsar's famous split taillight LEDs are present with twin grab rails for the pillion rider. The 5-spoke split-alloy wheel design is also carried over from the N250. While the N250 comes equipped with a twin split-seat setup, the test mule of the N160 was spied using a single-seat only.

Bajaj might be using the same engine as that of the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 but in a reworked form. As far as now we do not have any speculations or data to anticipate the new engine and its power figures. But, we do expect that Bajaj will make the new N160 as powerful as a well-refined motorcycle to commute. Currently, Bajaj sells the NS160 at Rs 1.19 Lakhs ex-showroom pan India. The price of the N160 will go high due to the added equipment & technology.
