Maruti Dzire New-Gen Headlight Details
Delhi's aftermarket of car accessories is very popular across India. Especially, these dealers are known to source some parts like the headlights, even of upcoming models. Not long ago, Mahindra Thar 5-Door's alloy wheels were seen on sale at a dealership. Now, it is the turn of the upcoming Maruti Dzire. The new-gen model of Dzire is set to debut in the coming months but a set of its LED headlights is on sale at an accessory shop.
Speaking of the headlight, its design is completely different from the new-gen Swift. Traditionally, the Dzire is a stretched version of Swift and their frontal design has always been identical. However, the sharp LED setup with multiple LEDs looks completely different from the fourth-gen Swift. Therefore, we can safely assume that this time the Dzire will be in its own league and deviate from Swift's design language. There is a straight LED DRL that divides the light into two halves, where the below part is for turn indicators and the upper is for the main beam.
The new Dzire is going to get a revamped chassis, new interiors, better features, and a new engine. On the inside, a faint look of earlier spy shots hints that it'll get a sunroof, a 360-degree parking camera, and more. Additionally, powering the new Dzire will be the 1.2-litre Z-series 3-cylinder petrol engine which made its debut on the new-gen Swift recently. It'll be offered with the options of a 5-speed MT and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. Later on, Maruti will launch CNG versions of the same as well. The pricing of the new Dzire would be a few thousand more than the current model. Its main rivals in India are the Hyundai Aura and Tata Tigor.

Verdict
Maruti's presence in India has been due to its budget-oriented reliable cars like the Dzire sedan itself. The current Dzire model was launched nearly half-decade ago and it desperately needs a revamp now. With the new-gen Dzire, the design language of Swift and Dzire will become completely different.
