The VF6 is among the first two cars from VinFast to have entered the Indian market. With
prices ranging between Rs 16.49 lakh to Rs 18.29 lakh (ex-showroom), the VF6 is available in three different variants. It competes against the Hyundai Creta EV, Mahindra BE 6, and the Tata Curvv EV.

Last Updated on 6th Sep'25: The VF6 has finally arrived after a rather long wait and having been showcased at the Auto Expo 2025. There are three different variants on offer, and it comes with claimed range figures between 463-468km on a single charge.

Vietnamese EV maker VinFast is set to launch its first vehicles in the Indian market. The brand is continuously testing its VF6 and VF7 SUVs in India. Recently, a test mule of the VinFast VF6 electric SUV was spotted, showcasing highlights of its interior and exterior. The exterior will feature signature lighting elements, multi-spoke blacked-out alloy wheels, and other standout features. Inside, it boasts a large infotainment screen, a three-spoke steering wheel, a floating center console, among other attributes.

With three different variants, decent claimed specifications, and an interesting suite of features on offer, the VF6 suddenly comes across as a tempting option against its rivals, and it now needs to prove itself by providing good aftersales and service.
